Where do we even begin to describe the sentimentality of shooting this wedding? It is always important to us when a couple asks us to be part of their day, but it is especially significant when the people are like family to us. Rich has been friends with Joy’s older brothers since kindergarten. Her brothers were like brothers to him, and her parents were like a second set of parents with countless dinners, sleepovers, and trips spread over many years. Stephen’s older brothers are also friends of Rich’s from high school. So when Joy’s older brother contacted us about shooting Joy and Stephen’s wedding, there was only one answer… “yes! when and where?” Both Joy and Stephen come from loving, caring, humble families, and Joy and Stephen are no different. Their love can be seen in the smiling face of their 2 year old son, Joshua, who was Stephen’s best man. Joshua also happened to have the fastest shoes of any best man we’ve ever seen.
We had an amazing time at this wedding. The ceremony was held at Our Lady of Victory church in Tannersville, PA followed by the reception at The Stroudsmoor Country Inn in East Stroudsburg, PA. Congratulations Joy and Stephen! Enjoy your honeymoon in Puerto Rico.
