“Love, like cooking, should be entered into with abandon, or not entered into at all. It is equal parts, recipe, timing and luck.”
This quote, recited by the priest during Angie and Corey’s ceremony this past weekend, really seemed to ring true to their relationship. When Corey and Angie first met, Angie was dating Corey’s best friend. Similarly, Corey was dating Angie’s best friend. They remained friends and as they grew older and those early relationships faded, their friendship remained. Eventually, that friendship, with a little luck and timing, grew into a romance. A romance that is genuine and real, that has come together like a great recipe handed down through generations.
You may remember Angie and Corey from the engagement session we had with them at the New York Renaissance festival. That storybook theme was continued on their wedding day with their reception at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ. The grounds of the Chateau were absolutely magical and the feast was extravagant. DJs Ian and Mike from Lifetime Entertainment kept the party going all night and even worked in several surprises that Corey and Angie had cooked up.
Congratulations Corey and Angie! Mabuhay!
