kirkpatrick chapel & triumph brewing company wedding

On Sunday morning, we never imagined that we’d be jumping out a window onto the roof of a New Brunswick hotel, yet mid-morning there we were. At that moment, we knew this wasn’t going to be a “typical” wedding day. Laura and David’s wedding day featured Rutgers University’s famous grease trucks, a brewery reception, and the aforementioned adventure onto the roof of a hotel. And why not? Laura and David’s relationship started in New Brunswick, NJ on the Rutgers University Campus, so it’s only fitting that they exchanged vows inside the Kirkpatrick Chapel on the historic Old Queens Campus.

After they tied the knot, we headed over to the Voorhees Mall area and took some pictures before stopping at the grease trucks, where the boys from RU Hungry hooked them up with a celebratory Fat Cat sandwich. The reception was held at the Triumph Brewing Company in Princeton, New Jersey.  The shots were good, the beer was better and DJ Ian Ali from Lifetime Entertainment kept the dance floor packed all night long.

Congratulations Laura and David! Enjoy your honeymoon in Puerto Rico!
