The first time we spoke with Ashley and Erik was on iChat, more than a year ago. We were in New Jersey and they were at home in Arizona. The iChat meeting went well and before we knew it, their weekend was here and we were finally meeting face to face in Pennsylvania, where Ashley grew up.
What was immediately evident when we met them this weekend was that they both take in new people and make friends very easily. Throughout the day as we met their family members, we realized that this was a quality that both families had and it has allowed them all to grow close very quickly, even from across the country.
Ashley and Erik got married at the Phoenixville Foundry. It is a venue that we’ve been to a few times and each time it seems to get better. The venue looked amazing, thanks to the fine folks at Robert Ryan Catering, and Jellyroll kept the dance floor filled with incredible live music.
