You may remember Renee and Jake from our engagement session with them last fall. We had so much fun that day with them in Princeton and we were looking forward to joining them on their wedding day.
If you spend any amount of time with Renee and Jake, you quickly see that these two are best friends. They love to laugh, joke and smile together, and their fun personalities are infectious. During the course of the day, we learned a lot of about Renee and Jake and how they see each other. Renee says that when she first started to talking to Jake, she thought he was a “total bad ass.” Jake says that he was “captivated by her smile” and Renee made him “get so wild.”
Renee and Jake got married at The Merion of Cinnaminson, NJ. The ceremony was performed by the same same officiant who did Renee’s sister’s wedding two years ago (and yesterday was actually his 22nd wedding anniversary). After the ceremony, DJ Mike Scott got the party started in the Skylight Ballroom. Renee and Jake’s bridal party threw on some Chuck Taylor’s and threw down on the dance floor. It was an epic party!
