If you’ve sat down with us to discuss wedding plans, then you know that we love hearing all of the unique and cool things that couples do to make their day special and unique to them. In reality, getting married is really a simple affair; anyone can go down to the courthouse and get married. Throwing a wedding, other the other hand, is something completely different. You’re planning a party to represent your love and every couple does that differently. In that regard, Lisa and Jim knocked it out of the park, with so many different ideas that truly fit their fun and whimsical personalities.
They combined 2 goldfish into the 1 large fishbowl, simultaneously highlighting both of their love for pets and their unity in marriage. They incorporated their love for Star Wars using a number of string versions of Star Wars songs, and Chewbacca and Princess Leia cake toppers. As they recessed out of their ceremony, they asked their friends and family to throw mini-beach balls in celebration. It truly was a day filled with fun, laughter and love.
