We first met Michelle 6 years ago during her sister Dana’s engagement session. On that day, Michelle was performing one of her MOH duties by wrangling Dana and her future brother-in-law’s puppy in between photos. A few months later, at Dana and Brian’s wedding, we met Michelle’s then boyfriend, Chris, who was on wedding day puppy duty! Not only was Dana responsible for introducing us to Michelle and Chris, she was also instrumental in fixing Michelle and Chris up on their first date. Dana worked with Chris at a summer camp and thought he’d be a great match for her little sister. Dana was pretty persistent, and soon Michelle and Chris started chatting online while Chris was away at an internship. About a month later, they went on their first date and hit it off in person.
This weekend we joined Michelle and Chris for their wedding at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, and reception at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park, NJ. It was an especially heartwarming ceremony because Chris’ father, who is the Deacon of the church, performed their vow ceremony. After the ceremony, we headed to Brooklake Country Club for an amazing reception. The DJ and MC from Pure Events kept the party going all night and everyone had a great time.
