Yesterday, we started off our wedding season in a big way, with Jonalen and Paul in snowy New York City. When we woke up in the morning, we weren’t sure how the day was going to unfold. The snow was coming down hard and even though we had plans for some outdoor pictures, we weren’t sure if we would be able to venture out with the entire bridal party. Luckily, mother nature played along and by the time the ceremony ended, the snow had pretty much stopped.
We headed to Central Park after the ceremony and the location was perfect. The soft lighting, the snow on the old American Elm trees, the large group of strangers singing “Happy Wedding Day” to Jonalen and Paul… it was all perfect. Looking back on the day though, what strikes us most is the celebration of love shown by Jonalen and Paul, their families, and their friends. The reception kicked off at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers and it raged all night. The soundtrack for the party was supplied by Ian and Mike from Lifetime Entertainment.
Congratulations Jonalen and Paul! Enjoy your honeymoon in Hawaii!
